Opening Hearts

Observing all of the hearts that are being opened right now... knowing how it is going to affect the overall vibrational frequencies of all.... wow when all of those releases occur! ♥ ♥ ♥

Hearts open when the energy in the heart chakra gets so overwhelming it can no longer be contained. There are a multitude of ways that this occurs, but.... one with overwhelming emotions needs to feel the experience for the energy release. After, there is an emptying out period (void) then the heart fills with overwhelming LOVE of all.

This is occurring as a result of the energies that have come through recently.

Dependent on your vibrational frequency, you will feel "this" differently. If you have low vibrations (anger, pain, sadness, etc.) they will surface and ask for release. THE FEELING IS THE PURPOSE. There is nothing wrong with what you feel. The issue comes in when you have judgement of it. When you judge it, you tuck it away, hide it, suppress it. (Creating the "loop" you see to come around again).

Want to release judgement? Then say to your head "so what, who cares" and GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to let it come up and go. The fear of the feeling keeps one stuck in it. Feeling offers bliss, happiness & freedom like never before. The fear is false and keeping you from your own happy.

Anytime something awesome awaits you "on the other side", fear will step in to deter you. KNOW that all it is is an energetic release. Now, there is a purpose to the release... the release IS the purpose.

Now, you must choose to just let go. Don't hold on. Cry or get angry for the purpose of release, not as a victim to anything.... so what, who cares.... say it and give yourself permission to feel that which is trying to leave. ♥

Expanding Consciousness by Stretching Your Mind

Did you know that expanded consciousness can be achieved through intentional practices you do yourself? There are many, here are some:

Take a moment that you could/can only see "one outcome", one point, one thing. Then stretch it, flip it, expand it.

> You "stretch" by taking that one outcome and then seeing how many more you can find. Instead of "that resulted in that".... ask the question: What else came out of that? Then keep doing that until you have made a list (3-5 minimum to start, then this even grows as you do.) Pick things that benefited, no matter what it is, it doesn't matter. It is YOUR MIND and you can get as CREATIVE as you like. The more creative and ridiculous it is, the better....

> You "flip" by picking the opposite... if you see something you don't want, find something you DO. There is no can't, don't, won't, shouldn't, not, or buttttttttt in my reality.

> Expand it.... take "it" and keep expanding the purposes... bigger and bigger and bigger.... make it such an awesome experience that that "thing" you only could see before "gets lost" in all the awesomeness!

If you truly wish to transcend your previous limits, you will CHOOSE to expand the mind you have to one that you never know existed! ♥

Give Yourself Permission to Feel

Many many many are experiencing old, deep stuff coming up.... LET IT GO! Everything you have held onto in the "past" is surfacing and the ENERGY is begging to be released. You have to choose to let it go though. In a SAFE way, speak it... let it go to the Universe.... THE ENERGY is holding you anchored to the physical and being stuck. Cry, get angry, it DOES NOT MATTER! You have to feel for it to go.... allow yourself to feel, without judgment... Tell yourself it's okay to be angry or cry. Say to yourself "so what"!!!! If you need to say it, say it out loud. It's not in the releasing, it's in the holding on. Allow yourself to be free.

Then after you will go through an energetic detox/cleanse, then possibly a void... all of this has to happen to raise your own vibrational frequency. If you wish to transcend your previous limits, you have to let go of all that keeps you there. It is not about anyone or anything... it is about the energy you hold onto. ♥

Cycles: Coming Back Around

Do you know that you are all about to reconnect with many that have left your vibrational field in the previous versions of you?

Those in visionary roles will assist all. Those in clearing roles will teach while being taught. They will seek you out as you are the one who "stood out" when they lived in their world. Now that their worlds are changing, they will be seeking the one that they "remember" as the weird one who will understand the new rememberings surfacing that makes them question their own sanity. ♥

Energy Burn-Offs

Did you know that your physical body will go through "burn-offs" when energy needs to be released? This can be uncomfortable & down-right inconvenient, BUT with the burn off's, weight will start to go too (later as one continues to clear thought energy & bring more light in). With each integration period this can occur. The more "anchored" in the physical one is, the more "extreme" these can be. As one gets "lighter" and the LightBody starts to form, these are not at obvious. The physical body is releasing it's denseness to catch up with the energy releasing going on. The physical body is attempting to elevate in frequency and all denseness is trying to go. Any additional weigh put on for one's awakening to remembering to occur will start to also leave. Again the physical reality takes longer to "catch up" with your spirit that is trying to soar! Your soul is pure light... everything else is a lower vibration until full integration has occurred. ♥

Energy Report

Quick energy report before I head out for a bit... going to greet this amazing sunshine and float out and about.....

The energies are singing beautifully, but very calmly "right now"... many have been "jolted" with a huge surge that will force up all within them over what they perceive as days/weeks/months.... while those operating at a higher frequency, more in tune, things will still surface, but will seem faster and with greater "ease" as before. And those of us who have walked through the "portal", well.... that has yet to be seen.

The amount of "time" one seems to endure is dependent SOLELY ON VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY. All that one holds onto keeps them "stuck" in the lower frequencies. I will be sharing more to assist, in between appointments, but..... look at your situation these upcoming days.... it is imperative to see that which lies "beneath" the words, the stuff, the surface..... and release judgement... that will keep you stuck there.

We are all here to assist each other. We cannot help another. They have to do it themselves. We can provide tools and unbiased guidance. Only when one is open can they truly receive. ♥

Material Things, Density, Separation

Did you know that material things create a huge separation by way of the vibrational frequency of the density of all of those things. When the soul awakens and needs to expand, all of that "stuff" creates a "disturbance" in one's energy field. This is why many have been "forced" to simplify & "lose" things (one of the reasons, as there are MANY!). This is why many seek simplicity and start getting rid of stuff.

Stuff/shopping is a suppressant of the soul. Just like other things (food & anything "foreign" to the body that is not natural).

This is why when one is depressed they go shopping. The soul is in dis-harmony (frequency) and the shopping "feeds" that distress..... it is like "dark" food. ♥

Anything that "feeds" the light of your soul... the creative you that desires to bring light to all others is supported.

Anything that tunes your energy is supported.

Obsession with anything is a whole different topic.

So one can choose to simplify, give what they don't need to help/assist another, go natural in the foods they eat to add more light IN. There are so many ways to feed your spirit... so before you bring anything/put anything in your energy field.. ask "Does this feed my spirit?" ♥

Dense Attachments Keep One Anchored

During this journey, one will constantly get the message to "let go".

In the beginning, it will be everything physical that keeps you "stuck" in a memory, thought or place. IF you get the message, it is FOR your benefit, but your logical mind cannot comprehend this, as it cannot "see" the purpose, reason or outcome. It will want to hold on to "that". It will want to convince you how you cannot live without "that" and how if you let that go, you will be lost, less or just plain nothing.... it is quite the opposite in this world of opposites. Once you let go, you will grieve, as the human has to FEEL to allow the energy to go that has created an attachment to "that" to fill a lack within. Each grieving period gets shorter and shorter and then one day, it is actually very quick.

Then one starts looking to get rid of stuff, as they realize how much "stuff" has interfered in their happiness here & their vibrational frequency as all. The soul seeks simplicity and it desires to ascend, to be vibrant, to radiate, yet all the stuff, attachments and old energy keep it grounded to the physical reality that was the original purpose of the journey.

That purpose is no longer. The holding on is the way of the old. All that one holds on to keeps them anchored in the physical. IF you are not happy with your life in every moment that is, then why hang on? Why not listen to your heart, let go & soar in peace, bliss and love of all that is?

If you let go, you will not fall. You will float as the exquisite energy that you are. ♥

Intense Energy Activations

The intense energies activated all. What one experiences will be dependent on their vibrational frequency. I write for those having a rough moment.

Many will see their separation surface by way of fears, sadness, loneliness, anger, guilt, judgment... the list goes on & on... The first thing to do is recognize that this is what it is, so that you can choose to USE it to assist you, rather than fall "victim" to it.

WHEN ONE UNDERSTANDS THE PURPOSE, the experience takes on a whole new meaning. HOW one deals changes and those things that "controlled" them doesn't have to anymore.

Where do you feel unsettled? Where are things "off"? What do you do? Do you know "what" to do? How do you recognize and choose something differently?

The thing about masculine energy (present in male or females) is that it is TOUGH! It holds on to the very last moment until holding on is no longer a choice. Masculine energy has to lose everything before it "gets it".... it fights... and it goes down swinging. Do you know how to tell which is which and when you are stuck in it to do something to change it?

What do you do when you encounter such energies? What do you do to go within to find them within yourself? Can you release all judgment and sit with what you see? Can you then choose to allow it to leave?

Releasing Blocks of Access: Portal of Entry

The logical mind has to be completely dismantled by each one in their pursuit to understand those surfacing feelings, those knowings that lend no credence and those desires that seek to be honored by the truth that exists within. This process is perceived as painful when one has spent their entire reality building a world in a nice neat box... a box of control, perfection, expectation, reason and sense.... this world holds no logic, no sense... therefore to exist here, one must release that which blocks access to the portal of entry. ♥
