Have you taken the time to actually say "Thank You" lately to those who have helped you along the way, been there for you, been kind to you and supported you as you have grown through your journey? 

This is a very important part of the process. Acknowledging others who showed us kindness. Many struggle, and we have no idea. THEY function in a physical world too and they give when no one else will. They give of their hearts, which is the only thing that truly matters!

I made a point to go to my mentors, teachers and others when I got to a place to be able to do so, and it is not much, but I donated $50 here, $30 here, whatever I could each time.... to give back. I wrote testimonials for all that they did for me. Much of the time I would give of my last dollars... knowing that they were not my "last", as that is a mindset, the energy of lack. I also understood that my own restrictions about money were stopping me from being abundant and it was a thought that kept me broke. I would "reverse" this by giving what I had to another. I still do. <3

So pick someone who has given of their own heart and make their day! Show some love to those who showed you love along the way. I do this regularly. It creates abundance for both and creates that outward flow when you do it for no reason! <3 <3 <3

Good evening most awesome and exquisite beings of love!

Boundaries are a HUGE thing that all have to learn in this process of consciousness. It is a hard thing to create, when one has never had any. Those who had strong "people pleasing" personalities have a hard time with this especially, as it comes along with the territory of "making others happy".... BUT (and yes, I rarely use that word, BUT....)

Saying no is necessary much of the way. This is also one that will continually come back around to teach us how to say "NO THANK YOU" with love. 

Much of the reason many don't "like" consciousness is because it means standing firm in one's own energy, not imposing on another's energy and taking responsibility, releasing all "old" learned ways, and this is perceived as "hard". Yet, it is only "hard" when one perceives it to be. 

Boundaries, respect, honor, integrity ... they are all internal work that radiate outward. When another cannot or does not have enough consciousness about them to "give" another these things, then one must go inside and find the "hole" in their energy/frequency that "drew" this to them. When one repairs their own energy, heals, mends, brings in enough light, then those who came to "honor their agreement" will fall away. BUT sometimes not before one has the strength to say "no thank you, with love, and I respect me more than that"..... 

For me, this was a HUGE one. Another was "believing in another" when they made promises without the intention of honoring them. This comes back to honor. One of the things we learn along the way is not to make promises. This creates expectation, which creates the opportunity to be let down/disappointed. If another is honorable and you are too, then this will not be an issue. The other will "do" that thing because they DESIRE to, on their own honor. And if they don't, then the choice will be whether to compromise one's self to accept "less"... when this occurs, this is a choice.

For me, I operate on my own honor. I don't make promises, as I function in present moment. This has been hard in scheduling appointments, but I have managed to do it, by honoring that which is "brought to me" to do. It is part of the transition into going with the flow & staying in step with the Universe at all times. 

As we move into higher frequencies, we will always be tested with the same "old" tests, and what we do will determine whether we have to experience it "again." If we do not wish to do so, we choose the direct route, step into discomfort or fear and say "no"... and we always do what we feel in our hearts. 

Consciousness is not compromising that which you do not wish to do, it is learning to choose when to compromise and when not to. Each time we honor this within ourselves, it gets a bit easier.... until eventually it is but a faded "memory" that falls away. As when one vibrates at their absolute highest frequency possible, those in their immediate "field" will eventually be operating at the same. If they are not, it is again yet a test.... honor it as so and always choose from the heart. I love you. <3

You live in an expansive universe. This universe exists WITHIN you and as you expand from within, all outside of you in your physical reality, will also expand. 

Many do not yet comprehend the magnitude of this, but this too is changing. As more embrace change and higher vibrations, they will come to understand that which they already know inside. 

You are a Universal Being of Love and Light. You are an energy of consciousness and you have access to that which is beyond all comprehension there in the physical. You have no limits and you are connected to all that is.

Your own separation is that which you seek to resolve. Your frequencies are tuning to higher vibrations and all that is out of alignment with that will continue to fall away.

There are times this seems overwhelming. This is because it is what you have come to know as a physical human being. You think that you know how things are.  You have no idea until you choose to step outside the thoughts of your human mind, what you are capable of and how you truly exist. 

Nurture your heart in every moment. That which you see through your heart allows those limits to cease to exist. 

The human self will seek to hold on, while your unlimited self will seek to let go. You perceive that this is "new" to you. It is what you once KNEW that is attempting to emerge.  It is only new to you because you have been living in a land of the forgotten. 

You all are unlimited, energetic beings. This is a reality that exists for you NOW. It is no longer a perception of something to come. It is here and it is time.   

Your playground, your entire physical reality, is waiting for you to expand your mind to see beyond your own previous limits. You came here for this purpose. It is time for you to allow yourself to be that which you could not previously see.   

Good morning most brilliant beings of love and light!

The energies are streaming strongly today, singing with pristine tuning, allowing for one's soul to expand with every in-breath.

Each must take moments to allow for expansion to occur. What do you do to create an atmosphere to allow for this to happen? Do you meditate for a few moments before you start your day? Do you go outside in nature and breathe in the calming energies? Do you welcome in more light every chance you get?

For me, this morning was awaking and saying thank you for the brilliance that I felt and heard. It was going to the warmth of a window, sitting and looking straight up into the sunshine and breathing in all that it offers. It was charging my own LightBody with the brilliant energies, expanding my 3rd eye, expanding my own heart and soul energy, doing the "toning exercise" that I have created to expand and activate the entire energetic body! 

When you start your day in gratitude, with love and acknowledge how the entire Universe exists WITHIN you... when you embrace all that is BEFORE you interact or DO anything, then all that follows after FLOWS WITH you.... as you create your moments based upon that which you transmit FROM you..... 

So, is today happening TO you or are you CREATING your day as you FLOAT through it and touch all that you interact with as a brilliant and unlimited being of LIGHT?

CONSCIOUS CREATION: 

It appears there has been much "stuck" energy that has been trying to come up and get moved out. Many got "dropped" into either sluggish, stuck or spinning/confused modes this week. I not only got to observe myself, but all of those I assist on a daily basis. This shows much energetically, yet will always be "tailored" to our own individual soul print. We have to see what applies and CHOOSE differently. As STUCK is the old way and old physical world energy TRYING to move out.... 

If one is to soar, all that is "stuck" within energetically has to go. HOW one deals with this is imperative, as flow is necessary in every moment. How to understand this takes total observation of self and total DETERMINATION to keep going. Trudge through it, pick something, anything and DO IT. 

Too many things create a distraction, and cause one to spin in a circle of confusion, not accomplishing anything at all. I heard a long time ago "one who is focused on 12 things, is not accomplishing anything"... and that has stuck with me all this time. 

BEING CONSCIOUS, means observing without judgment, and then stepping into that which is uncomfortable in order to CREATE change within. When you intentionally shift that energy to move forward, then things start flowing again. 

Sometimes we do not know when something is as "off" as it is. We see this by "overviewing" all that is present to see. By not focusing on one little thing, we can see the energy of the entire thing. This is hard when one is "stuck" in it. 

When one feels "stuck", movement is necessary to get the energy going again. If there is confusion, one must intentionally focus on one thing. Not being able to make a decision is yet another part of this. How can the Universe WITHIN you bring you all that you desire if you do not let it know what you want? If you don't know, how is it supposed to? 

For me, when I finally noticed something was "off", I intentionally CHOSE to move it. I published the channeling book, saw clients and got myself out in nature. I too was temporarily stuck in a spin cycle of confusion. Not being able to make a decision brought up old junk that needed to go.  yayyy!

Many set out to "conquer" that which is within. Instead though, it is rather one of acknowledging an allowing. With masculine energy, energies will become paramount and one must just so totally say to the Universe "okay, I give up" and allow the energy to release from the physical being. I personally have found the shower or bath to be a great source, laying on a bed and throwing my arms & legs out and & "giving up" while talking to the universe or getting out in nature, connecting, talking and releasing anything that surfaces. (of course all in a safe way!)  Yayyy when it is gone, as you can actually FEEL your vibration frequency start to raise with every release. (Sometimes the more dramatic you can do safely, the better, as really tough energy needs a jolt!)

We "used to sit around" and ask the universe for guidance. The more separation one holds within, the more guidance they need from anther source. One can observe their own self to see how much "guidance" they need from anything other than themselves. 

One creates the bigger picture, by intentionally following the desire within their heart and moving energy FORWARD in the present moment. Forward energy creates flow OUT from your heart and entire being.  

Stuck? Move it. Pick one thing and DO IT! I love you. <3

Many messages today, yet they are "scrambled" coming through, as if the distortions are the purpose?

One is of FREQUENCY DISRUPTIONS:

Are you aware of your own frequencies and when there is a disruption that occurs? Do you make your own frequency and connection a priority? Where do you allow for distractions to interfere with setting aside time to connect on that higher level? Do you have a "space" set aside for this? 

We are coming even more into a time of higher consciousness where distractions are occurring for us to see. WE have to choose to remove them and say "no". WE allow the distraction. As receivers, our frequency is of the utmost importance!

Becoming a receiver is one where we devote time to solace & solitude. We choose to allow other things to fall away that do not assist us in elevation of our own vibrational frequency. 

In the "beginning", we have to set aside time for this. Chaos, chatter & "things" create distractions to keep us from doing this. Eventually we become the transmitters & receivers and everything dense interferes with that. One must learn to separate the chaos in order to understand this & in order to see all disturbances in their own energetic field. 

The higher we vibrate, the more other dense things become disruptions. There will be a time when those things around us will support our vibrational frequency. Until that time, it is up to us to choose that which will allow this to occur. ♥

The energies are singing, singing, singing ever so loudly and brilliantly! The "feeling" is calm, yet can feel them "activating", so we shall see!

So far, today's message: Pay attention to the signs, all the synchronicities, seeeeeee the bigger picture, make the "connection" of all of the little messages that POP up for you to see, and GO WITH THE FLOW of love within your heart, in every moment!

It appears that I am to be out & about much of today, so may or may not be online.... it's one of those git'r'done days.... as we are in Charlotte this weekend SHARING LOVE! What could be better than teaching/sharing on SOUL ENERGY & REMEMBERING?!!! Got new workshops coming up, the book for you all when it is "approved" and we are headed to HAWAII in about a month after finishing up workshops in this area and tidying up little details to go, go, go. May be stopping at a few places along the way... flowing WITH IT ALL! Bringing ACCELERATION to those places looking to further activate/integrate their LightBody/Merkaba and REMEMBER more!

In a dimensional shift, realities will separate to be individualized so that one will experience "that" according to their own reality. This grows to all experiencing "that" along with the masses occupying the same SPACE of CONSCIOUSNESS. "Spaces of Consciousness" are being separated to be visible to those who occupy multiple "Spaces of Consciousness" at one time. One can "choose" which one to exist in... THIS IS THE BEGINNING.... I am writing today, so I shall be on & off, here & there. Apparently I am to maintain a space in consciousness during these times, so you may not see me post much here. If words come through, then I will share them for those who resonate. All interactions are on my wall, and not in private, as we are here to assist each other in a space of kindness, compassion, acceptance and love. 

I see beyond that which is visible in the physical, so have been placed in a "holding space", of sorts. I will assist where it feels appropriate, but for now, all is transpiring exactly as it should and I honor all that I receive.
