EXERCISE: A MOMENT of CREATION

Stop everything... every thought... every action... and GET PRESENT.
Focus on nothing else.. other than what is around you... in your sight.
Focus... hear the sounds, the frequencies, the moment become still.
Close your eyes, feel and see WITHIN.

In THIS MOMENT... this is the only moment that exists.

Now IMAGINE... this is your future self.
YOU are CREATING your FUTURE moment,
Your FUTURE self
RIGHT NOW

Imagine that the words that you write are being sent out to all over the world
Watch the gridwork of lights and follow them with your mind
See that piece that you wrote, or that photo that you took or that painting as the brush strokes across the page.
Watch the light of love fill ... and send that out to touch all
To open the heart of one soul, who passes it along to another soul, 
who shares it with their family and friends
And in THIS MOMENT you touched the heart of many
And THIS MOMENT just touched the heart of hundreds or thousands

JUST WITH THE THOUGHTS THAT YOU TRANSMITTED WITH THAT LIGHT.

Now, IMAGINE, if you were present enough in EVERY MOMENT to CREATE every moment with love, kindness, compassion and peace.

IMAGINE what FUTURE SELF you are standing in right now.
IMAGINE if EVERY SOUL stood still at the same MOMENT IN "TIME" 
and CREATED all FUTURE MOMENTS... 

IMAGINE TOGETHER what we all could create as ONE
in ONE moment.
