
It is really important to be aware. Be aware of how we think, how we act, how we "do" everything. One way to change how our days go is to intentionally SET them ourselves!
All day, every day... stay focused forward. Here are some helpful steps we can all do before starting/throughout the day:
- When first wake up, before getting up, DON'T MOVE. Breathe & set the intention for the day.
- Say "Thank You" (to the universe or whatever) & focus on appreciation. Then open yourself to guidance (We must ask!)
- Make a list of 5 things you are grateful for & keep it going throughout the day.
- Look in the mirror - Say I love you & thank your body for supporting you.
- Say "I release me" and let go of everything past. Everything up to that moment is now past.
- Say "I will recognize fear & move through it; Fear is created in my mind & can't hurt me.
- Remember nothing is personal (Nothing someone else does is about us & nothing we do is about another).
- Say "The world is as I perceive it"
- Remember: Everything is a thought & thoughts are created
- Be aware: This is MY energy. Be responsible. Don't over-give or take. Balance is key.
- Create personal mantras or affirmations & use them. You may not believe them, but you are breaking old "thinking" habits and this requires repeating everyday until they are a part of your new belief system. (30 days minimum)
- Journal (you'll be amazed at what you think, it helps work through things & make room for new thoughts!) Put one by the bed for dreams too.
- Breathe (Many forget to breathe, and this is a necessary step in every way!)
- Pay attention to your thoughts. Record them. You will be AMAZED at what is really "in" there!
- In an uncomfortable situation, find the good (find gratitude in everything)
- Focus on what you do want, and do NOT entertain what you don't
- Be present, stay out of the past/future. They don't exist. Recognize "the moment" you are in.
- Put your hand on your heart and say "Here is my truth". Learn to listen to that & trust it.
- Create a "reminder" to make you be present throughout the day (crystal in pocket, note to self, etc.)
- Say all day over & over "I am love".
Most of all, don't forget to be happy, do something fun, feed your spirit the highest vibrations possible (thoughts, foods, etc.)! Say "thank you" throughout your day. YOUR spirit will LOVE you for it!
