The observer of the logical will become the observer of what is no longer logical in order to transcend the limits of the logical mind. The observers of the Universe understand so far beyond what logic can comprehend. Observers can then translate and share based upon their own perceptions and relay for those who resonate at that same vibrational frequency. The level of access will be indicative of one's frequency and level of consciousness at any given moment. As one continues to expand, so does this.
In the beginning all judge. It is part of human duality.
Judgment is observing, but then taking that observation to a human level of forming an opinion. This is done due to uncleared frequencies attached to individual stories collected in all realities and manifested in the current moment.
Consciousness allows for observation and through this observation one learns to release judgment. With this release, one is able to the learn without forming an opinion. One opens up to new possibilities.

In order to do this, one must be able to observe the darkness within and release it, without judgement. In stepping out of the "individual" body and into the "soul" body, one removes personal stories and individualism and steps into a higher perspective and view where nothing is personal.
Non-separation must be applied on a personal level before one can actively participate in elevating to a higher level of observation. It is in these "higher" frequency perspectives of the soul that one can clear & release with greater ease. As there, there is no no personal, there is no separation. There is no right or wrong, blame, shame fear, guilt, etc. Those are all thoughts of a reasoning mind. Things just "are".
The observational mind has the ability to expand what it observes. The clutter has to go before one has a view that is clear enough to see beyond the frequency of limits. In that space that exists beyond thinking, one can observe with expansiveness and tap into an infinite source of information.
