Do you know how to understand the "speed" of the logical mind, the frequency at which it operates and when it is "in control"?
The ego mind operates at a lower frequency than the heart. Therefore it must speed up to try to override that which it attempts to drown out. The ego mind thinks/speaks fast. The spin is faster and chaotic.
The Heart operates at a higher frequency, so it "speaks" slower or not at all. At the very highest states of consciousness, no words are necessary and presence is all that there is. Thoughts are chosen and transmitted through a higher frequency as energy (some call this telepathy). In order to transmit at a higher frequency, one must clear out the clutter of chaos of the mind and come to a place of peace & silence in the heart.
The entire being becomes a receiver of information that in turn transmits that which it receives. All thought of the logical mind falls away. Thoughts are no longer created, but instead are received. ♥ ♥ ♥
