There is a period that all go through during this process where all they can do is sleep. The sleep patterns are all messed up, many wake during odd hours (usually between 2-4 am), but when they "need" to get up for "logical" things, they cannot. Oversleeping becomes an issue. Many feel the need to go straight home and go to bed. Late afternoon naps are almost a must, as one can barely stay awake during the hours of 3-4 pm in the afternoon. Usually a short nap will suffice. Some will get up, go for an hour and be so tired they cannot function and will feel the need to go back to bed again. Others just sleep all day.
These periods are pivotal in one's awakening. This is when much "work" is done, healing takes place, dark energy purges and mostly, realities are attempting to merge. Lucid dreaming becomes apparent. Some have actual "weird" experiences that they do not understand. Some see things that make no sense. Some think they are hallucinating.
The longer one suppresses the need to sleep, avoids the naps... the more they "prolong the inevitable". One can only prolong so long, then the soul steps in and says "enough delaying".... things start to occur to "put one down", by way of health issues exacerbating, or an injury interfering with ones mobility.
When one emerges from the "sleep", things will be different. More light will have been activated & integrated in the soul, frequency impediments will have adjusted, soul "holes" may have been healed, things actually look brighter and one has a whole new outlook. Observations change and new "knowledge" start to appear more. Synchronicites start to happen more and one starts to notice signs everywhere that didn't seem to occur before. MUCH is occurring with these sleep states... they are FOR you, if you will honor and allow them.
Many will attribute the need to sleep to anything other than what it is. The logical mind cannot comprehend this. One can suppress by seeking a physical reality "fix"... to have it return with a vengeance another day.
