Choosing to let go gets easier. It takes practice. The first one is usually the hardest. Sometimes later we will hit "core" issues that didn't come up before, and we have to do it ALL over again. But it's still alright. Holding on is what hurts us. Letting go is what frees us. Release a block, release self. Let it go. Say "I accept it" and move forward.
From this point forward, those things that come up are in our "conscious awareness" zone. We are now participant on a whole new level. Anything that now occurs is a choice. There is no blame or victim in a choice. There is also nothing to hold on to or to release later, as we start to learn to release "as things occur". This ROCKS!
It is part of the process and the sooner we free ourselves the sooner we can move to the "next" thing to release!
