- Put things in perspective: Victim is to a thought of past or future that does not exist in the present. In the present, one has choice.
- Give validation for the "right" to feel that way, then let it go. Sometimes validation alone will allow the "victim" to move forward. Otherwise "Drama loop" ensues.
- Instantly change to a higher frequency of gratitude. Be thankful for be conscious enough to recognize it!
