The unconscious soul participates in the unconscious world as a physical being. There is conflict, chaos, suffering, victim mentality, stress, sickness, pain... mixed in with some pleasant & fun experiences to keep the spirit going.
When consciousness occurs, everything changes. One gains an awareness that didn't exist before. At least not on "this level".
People change into experiences, no-thing is personal anymore, conflict and chaos are seen as creations, along with everything else in our current reality. We start to feel the vibrational frequencies of everything, even if we don't understand it at the time. In the beginning, this can be extremely overwhelming. That too serves a multitude of purposes. Everything actually does.
There is no "single" purpose anymore. We start to "see" or "feel" or just "know" there is a bigger picture. There comes a separation from the logical mind so that we can "observe" our thoughts and start to understand and change them. This is where it begins. And a pivotal turning point for us all.
We stop being participators, and become observers. We feel our truth now, instead of trying to think it. Until we get a grip, start to understand, this can be quite overwhelming also. Especially for those who have operated in intellect majority of this physical life (especially out of protection). Shifting can come with ease, but more often with great distress and suffering, until we learn "tools" to do that with ease.
Awareness can be expedited by those who are able to create an opening for consciousness to peek through. This is what many of us do as part of our "purpose" here (right now, as it changes). Awakeners have the ability to "trigger" openings in those "seeking" to understand their new awareness that in no way makes any sense yet.
Then the intellect/ego/rational mind kicks in. It feels threatened and it starts to sabotage even more. Those things that have only been "buried" fears start to come up. We feel like a bubbling volcano about to erupt. Any little thing that used to not matter is a trigger. Anger comes from nowhere. Crying becomes part of our new vocabulary, when it was not even a consideration before.
Our language even starts to change. We start to use words like "resonate, awareness, spiritual, manifesting, energy & feelings"! Who is this person?!!!
We change. People notice the difference. We tend to withdraw more, to go within. Those things that used to be so important start to fall away. We now value things we never cared about before. Life!
The conscious person will now need tools to learn to begin and expedite their own healing. It starts with our own thoughts. Learning how to "see" them for what they are and change them to ones that help us, instead of hindering. As that happens, our physical bodies start to react. First, with utter chaos. Stuff/issues/health problems run rampant. This is all part of the process, they have to come up in order to be released from our energetic bodies and cleared. Suppressing them only increases the "suffering" time, so learning how to release in a safe way is key.
Thoughts create emotions which anchor in our bodies as physical manifestations. It all starts with our thoughts.
When (not if) our logical mind gets involved, it starts to fear for "its" life. It begins to fight with everything it has. Every addiction & self-sabotaging method is pulled out of the hat. We have to learn to be aware of the difference and to be able to discern between our minds & our hearts. This takes practice, but again, can be easy to determine.
Energy work is very important at this time. Chakra clearing/energy body clearing can allow for pulling/clearing of any debris anchored in the energy bodies (of all lifetimes, since they technically exist in one). How many others can do this, I have no idea. It is something that I innately started to do, apparently as part of my "purpose/role" here. Lightbody Integration ~It is imperative that the vibrational frequency of all bodies are raised to the highest vibration of love & light possible.
The logical, conscious mind can interfere with this, but only for so long. It is only a matter of time before "choosing" consciousness is no longer an option. So given the choice, which do you choose? The illusion of the logical mind or the reality of the heart?
In love sweet souls!
