What do you do with your "time" when things are easy? Do you immediately lose consciousness and go "wow, cool, glad that is over" and go back to the way you "used to do things"? Do you weather the storm then "forget" what you learned in the other times when things got rough?
If one wishes to transcend those things that keep them stuck, they must understand the purpose in it all and choose differently in times of ease. The choice must always be the same response of the heart that comes forth in the time of desperation.
This is about ALWAYS doing what is right according to the heart/soul. Not only when one is forced to. Otherwise the "loops" continue until one has learned and applies the same respect, honor & integrity in the easy times when they do have a choice. ♥
