Healing for me requires a sacred place, a sacred space, both physically, mentally, spiritually, energetically... BE'ing also requires this much of the time now.
In order for me to go to "that place" to help another one heal, I have an entire routine I go through to create and maintain a certain place of peace. This is in the environment that I use for these sessions (both spiritual mentorship/guidance & in energetic healing sessions). No matter what is going on around me, I have to remove myself from all of the 3D, lower vibrational energies that can interfere with my "connection".
I have learned recently that allowing certain physical aspects of the 3D world can interfere with my ability to heal on the levels that I have grown accustomed to. I actually have different levels of healing and BE'ing.
In 3D, I primarily speak/teach/share from an intellectual perspective, while going into memories on a purely physical level to share. This is not very effective and can turn into battle of egos when more than one person involved. Lower vibrational exchanges are present and interfere with actually helping others on a level that I prefer to work with. I have come not to enjoy 3D at all anymore.
In 4D, I am part physical responses and part higher consciousness connection. This is where I end up being when I interact with groups and there are lower energies around (i.e. public functions or groups where lower vibrations are present). I do my best to at least maintain this level in physical world exchanges so that I can rise above 3D responses, while still being aware.
In 5D, I am "present" but there is no ego/reasoning mind/intellect involved. I am in love with everything. I am in a "place" not really conscious and rarely have any idea what "comes through". I am guided and totally in flow. Majority of the time, I rarely have memory of "spoken words" and have to try really hard to even be present at all. If guided to do so, I am able to "move" between dimensions while still being present for healing sessions. I am able to maintain this in some public/group exchanges when divinely guided.
In 6D+ (I have not figured these out), "I" don't exist and am not "consciously" present at all. I am totally one with Divine. I physically "feel" like I am floating. I am in this state when the most exquisite experiences occur on an energetic level. I can access absolutely everything at any given moment.
I am definitely still learning and on a search for anything that helps me grow. Being aware of my surroundings and what affects me & how really helps. Every experience lends to this and I look forward to updating as I figure it all out!
